The Philippine Azkals scored another goal against the Bangladesh Bengal Tigers for a 2-0 cushion in their Challenge Cup group stage game in Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar.
Filipino-Spanish striker Angel Aldeguer Guirado scored goal number 2 for the Philippines in the second half of the game.
Earlier, Ian Araneta scored the first goal in the 41st minute after picking up a loose ball off Guirado.
The Azkals are now pushing to increase their lead to secure the win and advance into the Challenge Cup finals in 2012.
The Filipino booters started out aggressively, launching a full attack against the Bengal Tigers.
